Arizona Auto Scene Puts EuroTech 7000 to the Test with Some Hard Ground Paint Transfer

IMG_3382

Phoenix, Arizona — For some time now, Arizona Auto Scene has been seeing information on EuroTech 7000 floating around the internet.  What we read intrigued us so we contacted them for a sample of their product.  In no time at all we had a bottle of their Cleaner/Polish and a bottle of Polish/Glaze in our hands.

The CleanerPolish is said to remove oxidation and swirls marks, while the Polish/Glaze is said to provide long lasting brilliance and protection.  The directions say that both are easy on, easy off.  Just let it dry to a haze and buff to a shine.

Here’s what EuroTech 7000 has to say on their website about the products.

EuroTech 7000 Cleaner, Polish and Glaze

EuroTech 7000 Cleaner, Polish and Glaze

“EuroTech 7000™ Car Polish & Glaze has been the premier, cutting edge auto polish for aficionados, enthusiasts, and devotees across the USA since 1984. Today, we have a large following. Some of our followers have been using EuroTech 7000™ Car Polish & Glaze for over 28 years with exceptional results. EuroTech 7000™ Car Polish & Glaze is sold by new car dealerships, auto detail salons, auto paint and body shops, car wash centers, auto parts stores and is promoted by a variety of racing teams and car clubs all across the United States.”

Arizona Auto Scene came across the ultimate test for EuroTech 7000 earlier this week when one of our vehicles was sideswiped in a multi-vehicle freeway collision.  The collision left hard ground paint transfer on the quarter panel our car and heavy denting on the vehicle that hit us. The area of the test car that was hit also had minor scratching from a tree branch that had rubbed against it while it was parked prior to the accident.

IMG_3387Following EuroTech’s instructions, we began by applying the Cleaner/Polish with a damp micro fiber towel.  We let it dry to a haze and wiped it off.  In just two quick hand applications, all of the paint transfer had been removed and the tree branch scratches were gone.  We then hit it with the Polish/Glaze to finish off the process and restored the area to a better that factory shine.  The entire process took less than 20 minutes.

EuroTech 7000 Cleaner/Polish and the Polish/Glaze do not contain any abrasives and did not take out some of the hard impact scratching.  There are other abrasive containing products out there that would have handled that task, but Eurotech 7000 is not making claims of being a scratch remover.

Arizona Auto Scene wasn’t sure if this was the right set of circumstances to test EuroTech 7000, but we were pleasantly surprised by the results achieved with this product.
