GoFast Entertainment’s Easter Drift Sets New Records at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park

GoFast Entertainment's Easter Drift from Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park

Chandler, ARIZ. (April 5, 2015) – GoFast Entertainment has been rocking the Arizona Drift scene since kicking off its Drift & Drag series in 2014.  Saturday night, GoFast held an Easter Drift on the West Track and Pad at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports and it couldn’t have had a better turnout.  With a Pro Drift demo and new product launch by Corey Hosford and Matt Haugen’s Street Standard, there were more drifters and more spectators than ever before at a GoFast event.  If you weren’t there you missed a night to remember.

GoFast Entertainment's Easter Drift from Wild Horse Pass Motorsports ParkThanks to your support, there’s a good chance that GoFast’s Easter Drift will become an annual event.

The Easter Drift brought in all levels of drift skills.  Drivers put their skills through the paces simultaneously on both the track and the pad while the spectators checked out their skills and abilities.

On the pad, a Kiss the Rabbit contest was held later in the evening.  A couple of stuffed rabbits hung just a couple of feet off the wall were the target for the contest.  The one to tag the rabbit or come closest to the wall would be the winner.  Judging would be done by the spectators in the stands brought in by the GoFast crew.

Though the winner would take home a couple hundred dollars for either tagging the rabbit or kissing the wall, some would put their cars in a vulnerable position as they made hard contact with the wall while trying to kiss the rabbit.  Hard contact or not, everyone would walk away unscathed and their cars would continue to compete throughout the night.

Arizona has some awesome up and coming drift drivers.  We hate to leave anybody out, but just a few of those that stand out are Chris Soehren, Vitaly Sopkin and Brandon Clark.

Though we mention just a few, out photos show that many of our Arizona drifters kick ass.

Thanks to GoFast Entertainment’s Chuck Sundstrom and Keith Bergh for putting together another awesome motorsports event.  We’re curious to see what you guys have up your sleeves in the future.  We wish you continued success.
