The Veteran’s Car Show at Westgate will benefit the Arizona Vietnam Veterans

Glendale, ARIZ. (May 17, 2015) – Saturday morning, automobile and motorsports enthusiasts gathered at the Westgate Entertainment District for the Veteran’s Car Show.   At least a couple hundred cars were on display.

Viet (14)Some slightly modified while others were highly modified.  Others were high horsepower race cars providing a great opportunity to check out the craftsmanship and ingenuity that goes into them as they sat static on the pavement.  The Eirdams also had their jet dragsters out.  Both the Invader and the Avenger were on display.  Two cool rides ready to be check out without getting burned by the afterburners.

For those into the military theme of the show, several military vehicles were on display.  Military Hummers, troop transports, tractor trailers and more were on display.

Proceeds from Saturday’s Veteran’s Car Show will benefit the Arizona Vietnam Veterans.

Glendale’s James Cummins and Mesa’s Dirk Howard both had vehicles entered in the show.  Both took the time to gram some great photos from the show.
