Avondale, ARIZ. (April 2, 2016) – Kyle Kaiser started on the pole Saturday and went on to dominate in the Indy Lights race sponsored by Cooper Tires at Phoenix International Raceway.
There was just one caution on lap 34 of the 90 lap race. It would by Heamin Choi who brought it out when he had a problem in turn 4.
Ed Jones started and finished 2nd. RC Enerson started 4th and finished 3rd. Santiago Urrita started 3rd and finished 4th and Dean Stoneman started 9 and worked his way up to a 5th place finish.
The Indy Lights opened for tonight’s Desert Diamond West Valley Phoenix Grand Prix Verizon IndyCar Series race. Tonight’s race begins at 6:15 pm, making it the first time in over 60 IndyCar starts at Phoenix International Raceway that they will run under the lights.
