Tempe, ARIZ. (March 31, 2019) – The 2019 Copperstate 1000 departed Tempe Diablo Stadium Sunday morning for a four day journey around Arizona’s back roads.  It kicked off with a cruise-in prior to just under 100 beautiful classic exotics and muscle cars rolling out of the stadium.

copperstate 1000Participants of the 2019 Copperstate 1000 are in for some of Arizona’s in in treat for some of Arizona’s most scenic places and fun roads to drive as they stretch the legs on their classic rides.  We had an amazing day out with the Copperstate on their first day on the road.

Hosted by the Men’s Arts Council and sponsored by Bell Lexus North Scottsdale, the Copperstate 1000 is well supported with mechanics and flatbeds in tow in case a participant has a problem during the run.

Proceeds from the Copperstate 1000 benefit the Phoenix Art Museum and the Copperstate 10-90 foundation.

Arizona Auto Scene was able to get out on the 2019 Copperstate 1000’s route to catch these beautiful rides on the road.  We were also able to catch up to some to catch some for side by side action as they navigated the their way through Arizona’s back roads.
