Greg Holman from Kingman, AZ. led the fuel altereds to the number one spot.

Opening round two of eliminations found Tim Boychuk not able to answer the call because of engine damage, giving a bye run to Ryan Hodgson who smoked the tires at the hit, resulting in a 18.37 et.

Bobby Cottrell put Billy Morris on the trailer with a 5.952 to Morris’ 6.616 run.

This set up the final round giving Cottrell lane choice.  Cottrell left on Hodgson but Ryan soon drove around Cottrell to take the win with a 5.844 over Cottrell’s 6.380.

In the WFA final, Greg Holman driving the Carbon Copy defeated Sheldon Lofgren, 7.179 to an 8.871 to end the evening.
