Classic Car Auction Brings Automobiles and Bidders Together at Stagecoach Village in Cave Creek

It's a First, Classic Cars Run Across the Block at the Cave Creek Classic Car Auction

Cave Creek, ARIZ. - Cave Creek’s StagecoachVillage made for the perfect setting for the first ever Cave Creek Classic Car Auction.  With its traffic circle around a pavilion near the center of the Village, John “Johnny B” Bettencourt was able to have the auction inventory driven by the bidders, all while running the auction from the pavilion.  Although the weather couldn’t have been better for such an event, tents set up in the courtyard kept bidders comfortable in the shade.

With an inventory of 76 classic, collector, and muscle cars, bidding began at the Cave Creek Classic Car Auction Saturday morning.  There were over 100 registered bidders, but some visitors at StagecoachVillage couldn’t help but to jump at the opportunity for a deal on a 1998 Mercedes SL 500 convertible.  Though not registered while she bid, the winning bidder registered right after the hammer dropped.

Everything from a 1948 Chrysler Windsor needing full restoration to a rare 70 Hemi Cuda Convertible were offered Saturday.  There’s some beautiful rides there.  Scroll down and check some of them out.
