Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2020 Collector Car Auction Rolls to an end Sunday

Scottsdale, ARIZ. (January 19, 2020) – Barrett-Jackson’s 2020 Scottsdale collector car auction brought in some big money Saturday night at Westworld of Scottsdale.  VIN 001 of the C8 Corvette, the Paul Walker collection, the Ferrari from Ferris Bueler’s Day Off would be just some of what would be rolling across the block.

It was no surprise that Rick Hendrick would be the winning bidder of the C8 Corvette.  GM’s Chairman and CEO Mary Barra was on site as the $3 million dollar hammer dropped.  All proceeds of the sale will go to charity.

The Paul Walker collection brought in over $1.2 million collectively.  One of the collection, a 1995 BMW M3 Lightweight sold for $385,000.

The 1963 Modena Spyder California brought in $396,000.

There was hardly a seat to be found in the bidder’s room Saturday evening as Barrett-Jackson’s bidders assistants worked the room.

With 141 million in sales, Barrett-Jackson’s 49th annual Scottsdale auction was its most successful to date.  What a great week for Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale!
