We are excited to partner with HYC again for our second annual Arizona Rangers “Rangers & Rides” Car Show benefitting Homeless Youth Connection.
The Rangers & Rides Car Show presented by the Arizona Rangers Agua Fria Company is a fundraising event to benefit the Homeless Youth Connection (hycaz.org) at Universal Technical Institute, 10695 W Pierce St, Avondale, AZ 85323 April 4th, 2020. Free admission for the public.
This year we have partnered with Universal Technical Institute to host the location for this event.
The Arizona Rangers and HYC are 501c3 nonprofits so All donations and sponsorships are tax deductible.
We will have raffle items and food vendors and multiple displays, UTI will have their instructor built t-bucket running on the dyno.
Code Blue Racing AZ and Arizona Automobile Theft Authority will also be at the event just to name a few.
Early registration Car entry fee is $25 until March 7th, after and day of is $30. Event vehicle types- ALL MODELS & YEARS are welcome. Goodie bags, dash plaques, and 1 raffle ticket will be included with $25 registrations; included with late registrations pending availability.
Award categories will be updated soon, We will have special guest judges for awards.
Vendor booth fee is $75 and last day to sign up is March 21st We do offer a discount for nonprofit vendors. Vendor booths must be no larger than 10’X10′ without prior approval, no electricity is provided. All vendor booths must be weighted down, no stakes. Ranger Level: Donation of any amount
Master Sergeant Level: $100 social media mention, no vendor booth fee.
Captain Level: $300 small logo on event banner, social media exposure, no vendor booth fee
Lieutenant Colonel Level: $500 medium logo on event banner, social media exposure, advertising material distribution day of event, no fee for vendor booth spot
Colonel Level: $1000 (event sponsor) large logo on event banner, social media FB, IG, twitter, product or advertising materials distribution with goodie bags, sponsor announcements at event, no fee for vendor booth spot, special recognition at event)
Donations both monetary and physical goods are also welcome prior to and at the event.
There is no Alcohol or smoking (except at designated smoking area) at the event
